The administrator of your personal data is Genchevi Group EOOD, with UIC 205669560. We respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data do we collect and why?

We collect and process only data that is necessary to provide our services:

For order fulfillment and delivery: Name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and email address. (Legal basis: Performance of contract).

For invoicing and accounting: Personal Identification Number (PIN/PIC) (only if the client requests an invoice for an individual) and address. (Legal basis: Legal obligation).

For marketing (Newsletter): Email address – only after your explicit consent.

3. Who do we share your data with?

We DO NOT sell your data. We only share it with partners who help us fulfill your order:

Courier companies ([Econt, Speedy, etc.]) – to deliver the goods to you.

Accounting firms – to process payments and invoices.

IT service providers/hosting – to maintain the site.

4. Data retention period

Data provided for orders placed are stored for a period of 5 or 10 years, in accordance with the requirements of the Accountancy Act.

Data for marketing purposes (newsletter subscription) are stored until you withdraw your consent.

Right to correct inaccurate data.

Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) – when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
